Stafford, VA and San Diego, CA, April 8, 2019 – Cask LLC announced today it has split into two businesses separating its ServiceNow technology solutions business from its government services business. The move forms two stand-alone businesses, Cask Government Services and Cask NX each positioned to capitalize on their respective growth opportunities in rapidly changing markets.
Founded in 2004, Cask Technologies LLC began providing information and communications technology procurement support to federal, state and higher education markets. The company was quickly recognized for its ability to unlock the value of technology in more efficient and cost-effective ways. This led to 15 years of rapid growth delivering program optimization and operational support. During this time, Cask expanded into a second line of business: technology consulting, integration and digital transformation.
